In November 2016 we organized a meeting between suppliers and buyers of the pigs from the volcanic region at St. Stefan’s Rosenhalle. 200 farmers followed our invitation.
The main topic of the evening was pork with a message:

• going local is the new organic.
• Only disapproving of certain developments is simply not enough
• and those who remain uninspired, have to sell cheap.
